As Walt Disney so timelessly put it: “If you can imagine it, you can do it.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Today, we are exploring how to isolate a subject flawlessly, casting a luxurious, soft blur over the background while keeping the foreground perfectly crisp, sharp, and in focus. Here is exactly how to achieve it using Adobe Photoshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Open your chosen image in Photoshop. To protect your original image, create two identical duplicates of your background layer by pressing Ctrl + J<\/strong> twice. Rename one duplicate layer “Foreground”<\/strong> and the other “Background.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Disable visibility for your original background and the new background copy layer, keeping only your Foreground<\/strong> layer active.
